Posted on December 24, 2025December 25, 2025 by Marble

Waiting for your PCK parcel to arrive? You’re probably checking the tracking status every few hours, as most of us do. The Postal Corporation of Kenya, popularly known as Posta Kenya (PCK), handles thousands of parcels daily across Kenya and internationally, and knowing exactly where your package is gives you peace of mind.

For the better Part, the PCK provides the ability to track your Posta Kenya shipment easily, and knowing how to do so is a big deal, especially if you are looking forward to expecting a parcel from abroad, sending documents across countries, or running an e-commerce business. Here’s all to Know.

What is Posta Kenya Tracking?

Posta Kenya tracking is the system that allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey from the sender to your doorstep. Every parcel processed through PCK gets a unique tracking number, a combination of letters and numbers that acts as your package’s digital fingerprint.

The tracking system updates at key points:

  • When your parcel is accepted at the post office
  • During transit between facilities
  • When it arrives at the destination post office
  • At customs clearance (for international parcels)
  • When it’s out for delivery
  • Final delivery confirmation

Frequently Asked Questions About PCK Tracking

Can I track Posta Kenya parcels without a tracking number?

Unfortunately, no. The tracking number is mandatory. If you’ve lost it, visit the originating post office with your receipt and ID, or contact the sender to resend it.

Can I change the delivery address after my parcel is already in transit?

Yes, but it’s complicated. Contact Posta Kenya customer care immediately with your tracking number and request an address change. There may be additional fees, and it only works if the parcel hasn’t reached the final delivery office yet.

How long does PCK keep parcels before returning to sender?

Typically 30 days from the “Awaiting Collection” notification. After this period, unclaimed parcels are returned to the sender. You’ll be notified via SMS before return.
